NBA Player Guess is an exciting basketball quiz game where you try to guess the NBA player based on clues, stats, and silhouettes. Challenge your basketball knowledge and see how many players you can identify!

How to Play

  • Can you guess the NBA Player?
  • Guess an NBA player based on 6 categories in 10 or fewer guesses.
  • If the category is green, then the player you selected matches the answer.
  • If the category is yellow, then the player you selected is close to the answer.
    Ex: If a number is yellow, it's close. If a division, team, or college are yellow, then the answer is in the same conference or division.
  • The last three categories will be different every day, so keep coming back for new challenges.
  • There is a new puzzle every day at 8 AM EST.

Game Feedback

  • Team: The current NBA team of the player.
  • Division: The division in which the player’s team competes.
  • Position: The player’s primary position (e.g., guard, forward, center).
  • Height: The player’s listed height.
  • Age: The player’s age.
  • College: The college the player attended (if applicable).

Use the feedback colors to adjust your strategy and narrow down the possibilities. For example, if you guess a player from the same division but not the same team, the division box will be yellow.

Tips for Success

  • Start with well-known players to quickly eliminate large groups.
  • Think about recent trades, rookies, and players who have changed teams.
  • Don’t forget about international players and those who didn’t attend college.
